Included

• Kickoff call to confirm modules, threat concerns, and out-of-scope areas
• Manual review of agreed authentication, authorization, input handling, secrets handling, and sensitive business logic
• Static review of configuration patterns that routinely create exposure (CORS, cookie flags, debug endpoints)
• Debrief call to walk findings with engineering owners

Excluded

• Full penetration testing of live production infrastructure
• Social engineering or phishing campaigns
• Guaranteed “zero findings” or certification seals
• Unbounded review of every repository in a monorepo without a written scope

Provider and process

Reviews are led by System Stonepoint practitioners based in Chiang Mai. We work from read-only repository access (or a frozen branch snapshot). Typical flow: scoping → access → review window → findings draft → debrief → optional hardening advisory follow-up.

Duration and delivery

Most scoped reviews complete in five to ten working days after access is confirmed. Larger multi-service reviews are scheduled in phases. Delivery is remote by default; an on-site kickoff at Office 8, 28 Test Avenue, Chiang Mai 00000 can be arranged when the team prefers a workshop start.

Preparation

Provide a short architecture note, preferred severity language (CVSS or internal scale), and a list of “must-check” user journeys. Freeze or tag the branch under review so findings map cleanly to a commit.

Constraints

We do not store client source longer than the engagement retention window stated in the engagement letter. Findings that require privileged production access are flagged for your internal team rather than executed by us.
