Acceptance
By accessing https://system-stonepoint.click or engaging System Stonepoint for consulting services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
Services described
The website describes professional consulting services: secure code review, application hardening advisory, and related assessments. Informational rates are not offers until confirmed in a written engagement letter.
No professional guarantee of absolute security
Findings and advice reflect the agreed scope and materials available at the time of review. We do not warrant that all defects will be discovered or that systems will be free from vulnerability after remediation.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and our report templates remain the property of System Stonepoint. Client source code and confidential materials remain the client’s property. Engagement deliverables are licensed to the client for internal use as stated in the engagement letter.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate scope information, lawful access to materials under review, and appropriate authority to authorize the engagement. You remain responsible for implementing remediation and for residual risk you accept.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, System Stonepoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from consulting deliverables. Aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement unless otherwise required by law.
Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape content at a scale that impairs service, or misrepresent affiliation with System Stonepoint.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand (TH). Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
